When Receiving Your Product

Before signing the delivery receipt, please check whether there is any damage or issue with the package of your product. If there is any damage, missing item, or if the tape on the box has been opened, do not sign any delivery documents and return the package to the courier while requesting a damage report to be filed. Once you fulfill this obligation, your new products will be immediately sent to you. We are not responsible for any damage or missing items if the package is received despite visible damage or missing contents.
